It's has been a very rewarding 7 days. I am literally in another zone in all areas of my life. Isn't it beautiful when everything in life aligns to meet you where you are and carries you to the next level? It's the best feeling in the world. I hope you are blessed to feel this vibe one day.
Since my detox was such a success, I decided to extend it for the rest of the month. The focus is always to live a healthier lifestyle, so I will be eating only Raw Foods--Alive foods for you that understand. Basically all those foods which grow from the ground and have life and if placed back into the earth should breed new life. Isn't this the way we eat, "to live"?
